Ripped Head believes making art is not just about a blemishless product, instead, demonstrating it as a display of cognitive processes. Adapting to unintended instances of private permanence.

Ripped Head got its name because when we create this way, it feels like tearing off your head and shaking every ripe thought out from deep within your emotional sofa cushions. Capturing all of them, unfortunately, is impossible. But each instance of removal allows for momentary insights into what grew below the surface; a compilation of glances at the limited understanding of our subconscious fruit. What we see in that time is the most authentic expression of ourselves. Everything you’ve expected to feel, and felt to expect about the world is gone. There is no restraint from fear of evaluation, just the momentary portrait of an instant.
